​In 2020, we started building our home. When it got to the point to where the roof was being installed, I got concerned about how the rafters were being built in reference to the fact that we were living on top of the hill. I didn’t feel the roof was anchored properly to stand these higher rates of wind.  To ease my concerns, I contacted Mr. Larry Foster. He came out and reviewed the rafters. He immediately confirmed my concerns. He said, not only would the roof not withstand the winds from the incline in front of the house, neither would the glass doors. He instructed the builder how to install additional reinforcements in the rafters and anchor the roof to the foundation. We also upgraded the glass doors.  With the many high winds we’ve experienced since this building project, there’s no question in my mind Larry’s help allowed this house to stand undamaged through these strong winds and storms.
